Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale is a Sultai graveyard tempo and engine deck that turns self-mill and recursion into a wide board of Zombie tokens and continuous card advantage. The deck aims to deploy cheap mill enablers early, resolve Teval to generate value on attack triggers, and repeatedly move cards out of the graveyard using cheap recursion tools to trigger Teval and cards like Insidious Roots. Without infinite combo lines, the deck wins by overwhelming opponents through wide combat steps, powered by evasive anthems like Wonder, Geralf, Visionary Stitcher, or Eldrazi Monument, supported by life drain from The Scarab God.
