The key is the Master by Exis2R

Format: Commander

Commander: The Master of Keys

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a cEDH-caliber Esper combo-control build where The Master of Keys is the long-game enchantment engine, and the deterministic kill is a four-mana, two-card Thassa's Oracle line. A wall of fast mana - Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Lion's Eye Diamond, Dark Ritual - plus a nearly complete 1-2 mana tutor suite quickly assembles Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to exile the library and win on Oracle's ETB. Secondary layers include the Auriok Salvagers + Lion's Eye Diamond infinite-mana engine and infinite Soldier tokens from Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward combined with the reanimation auras. The commander provides grind: a big X-cast mills the deck, and every enchantment in the graveyard gains escape, returning Necropotence, Rhystic Study, and the reanimation auras for repeated value. The deck executes its full plan without ever needing to cast the commander.
