Deck overview

This is a four-color group-hug/mill deck helmed by Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis. The primary plan is to draw cards at a high rate, triggering mill effects like Psychic Corrosion and The Mindskinner to slowly empty opponents' libraries. The deck also features a secondary win condition in Triskaidekaphile (exactly thirteen cards in hand) and a backup plan of pumping creatures via landfall counters. The commander provides a steady card-draw and land-drop engine, but the deck can function without it. The strategy leans heavily on symmetrical draw effects (Kami of the Crescent Moon, Kwain, Itinerant Meddler, Rites of Flourishing) to fuel its own draws while giving opponents cards, which accelerates the mill clock.
