Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Orvar, the All-Form builds a mono-blue copy/untap engine. The primary plan is to resolve Orvar, use cheap instant/sorcery spells that target your own permanents to trigger his copying, and turn buyback Mind Games plus Peregrine Drake into infinite mana and a swarm of Drake tokens. A secondary line loops Archaeomancer with Ghostly Flicker to reuse instant/sorceries. The deck draws heavily through cantrips and Archmage-style payoffs, then wins either by comboing in the air with tokens or by using Mechanized Production to win on the next upkeep. It is a mid-speed combo-control deck that needs a little setup but protects its pieces with hexproof instants.
