Commander: Kosei, Penitent Warlord

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kosei, Penitent Warlord commands a focused Voltron strategy that turns a single modified attacker into a table-wide board wipe. Kosei requires three distinct modifications to unlock his ability: an Aura, an Equipment, and a counter. Once fully modified, Kosei draws cards equal to the combat damage he deals to an opponent while dealing that exact damage to every other opponent simultaneously. The primary win condition revolves around making Kosei unblockable, giving him trample, and exponentially inflating his power using cards like Hydras Growth, Blackblade Reforged, and Blanchwood Armor. Alternatively, Grafted Exoskeleton allows Kosei to eliminate every opponent in a single attack via infect.
