This is a mid-power Sultai Elf tribal deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking that blends classic Elfball mana generation with graveyard-enabled activated-ability theft. The commander copies every activated ability among Elf cards in your graveyard while converting legendary Elf ETBs into loot filters, so the deck deliberately mills and tutors creatures into the yard to turn Thranduil (and Necrotic Ooze) into a Swiss-army engine. Primary wins are infinite-mana loops off big Elf dorks plus Staff of Domination or Umbral Mantle, Lathril, Blade of the Elves's tap-ten drain, and overwhelming combat via Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Coat of Arms, or a lethal Finale of Devastation.
