Tyvar - Botte da Orbi by sottocolle

Format: Commander

Commander: Tyvar, the Pummeler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-green "stompy" deck helmed by Tyvar, the Pummeler, built around accelerating into high-power creatures and overwhelming opponents with trample damage. The primary game plan is to deploy early mana dorks and ramp spells, then cast massive threats like Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Blightsteel Colossus, and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger ahead of curve. Tyvar, the Pummeler serves as a combat enabler, using his tap ability to grant indestructible and his overrun ability to close out games. The deck features a moderate tutor package (Worldly Tutor, Natural Order, Defense of the Heart), consistent draw from power-matters engines (Garruk's Uprising, Tribute to the World Tree), and a handful of fighting spells for removal. The plan is linear-ramp hard, drop big bodies, then crash through for lethal damage.
