Deck overview

This Boros deck combines aggressive group slug attrition with a go-wide Moogle token engine led by Mog, Moogle Warrior. The strategy accelerates on turns 1 and 2 with dense low-cost artifact ramp before deploying Mog on turn 3. Mog's Lifelink Dance immediately triggers on your end step to filter cards and generate 1/2 lifelink Moogle tokens or grow them with +1/+1 counters. The deck then deploys punishing tax and burn pieces like Manabarbs, Spellshock, Zo-Zu the Punisher, and Roiling Vortex. Because your Moogles have lifelink, attacking and blocking constantly recoups life lost to symmetric damage, breaking parity decisively. On turns 5 through 7, the deck closes the game by amplifying damage with Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, resetting opposing boards with Damning Verdict, or delivering lethal combat strikes via Akroma's Will or Sephiroth, Fallen Hero. Robust instant-speed protection shields your engine throughout execution.
