Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Polymorph strategy helmed by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around deploying inexpensive token producers in the opening turns, such as Dreadhorde Invasion, Skrelv's Hive, and Lingering Souls, before casting Jace on Turn 4. Using Jace's −3 loyalty ability, the deck exiles a disposable token to flip directly into massive high-mana threats like Archon of Cruelty, Terror of the Peaks, Archfiend of Despair, and Serra's Emissary. Backed by redundant cheat mechanisms like Proteus Staff and Synthetic Destiny, the deck transitions rapidly from early setup to overwhelming combat dominance. A robust suite of spot removal and board wipes keeps opposing strategies in check, while defensive cards like Flawless Maneuver shield the board as the heavy flyers close out the game.
