Deck overview

This Teysa Karlov list is a finely tuned Orzhov Aristocrats deck designed to grind out resource superiority before executing decisive drain loops. Teysa acts as a force multiplier, doubling death triggers from card draw engines, token generators, and drain pieces. The deck operates by developing low-cost sacrificial fodder and sac outlets in the early turns, establishing board control via doubled edict effects such as Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos, and generating massive mana through Pitiless Plunderer and Phyrexian Altar. While it can win through sustained combat with lifelink/vigilance tokens, its primary win condition centers on infinite sacrifice loops with Reassembling Skeleton or storming through the library with Bolas's Citadel. Supported by a robust suite of black and white tutors, powerful graveyard recursion, and efficient spot interaction, the deck maintains resilience against removal while punishing creature-centric strategies.
