Deck overview

This is a Mardu sacrifice-and-treasure midrange deck helmed by Malik, Grim Manipulator. The core plan forces opponents to sacrifice creatures through edicts and Malik's ETB, converts every sacrifice into Treasures, then multiplies those triggers with a dense flicker suite and doublers like Panharmonicon and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines. Treasures fuel both the mana engine and the win conditions: Revel in Riches as a clean alternate win, oversized Torment of Hailfire turns, drain loops via Mayhem Devil, Blood Artist, and Mirkwood Bats, and go-wide combat when Vihaan, Goldwaker animates the Treasure pile. Secondary value engines (Tergrid, God of Fright, Gisa, Glorious Resurrector, Braids, Arisen Nightmare, Smothering Tithe) keep the deck generating advantage even when the table slows the primary line. The deck wins through attrition and resource denial rather than a single fragile combo.
