Deck overview

This is a Sultai Voltron/combat deck helmed by Kotis, the Fangkeeper, built around one central loop: pump Kotis up, connect for combat damage, exile the top X cards of the opponent's library, and cast them for free. The deck runs a dense package of Auras (Rancor, Auramancer's Guise, One With the Wind), Equipment (Blackblade Reforged, Inquisitor's Flail, Brotherhood Regalia), and pump instants (Berserk, Invigorate) to make Kotis lethal, backed by an unusually heavy interaction suite of 10+ counterspells and hexproof protection. The primary win is 21 commander damage; the free-cast engine provides a secondary combat path. The deck is extremely commander-centric - every pump piece targets Kotis, so the plan collapses if he is exiled or countered.
