Deck overview

This deck is a Mardu aggro-reanimator list led by Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad. The primary game plan revolves around loading the graveyard with high-impact Assassin creatures—such as Virtus the Veiled, Unstoppable Slasher, and Bayek of Siwa—using targeted tutors like Buried Alive and Entomb alongside efficient discard spells. Once Altaïr attacks, he exiles these Assassins with memory counters and creates tapped-and-attacking token copies. These copies halve opponents' life totals, grant double strike, and overwhelm the board. Key utility cards like Sundial of the Infinite can end the turn to keep temporary tokens permanently, while Isshin, Two Heavens as One doubles attack triggers.
