Noctis - Counter Cruncher [P] [R] by user7640851

Format: Commander

Commander: Noctis, Prince of Lucis

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is an Esper artifact-graveyard combo/storm deck helmed by Noctis, Prince of Lucis. The plan is to ramp, dump artifacts into the graveyard via Entomb, Frantic Search, Emry, Lurker of the Loch, and surveil effects, then recast them from the graveyard with Noctis for 3 life apiece. Finality counters are nullified by Solemnity or stripped by Hex Parasite, Vampire Hexmage, Soul Diviner, and O'aka, Traveling Merchant. The artifact engine loops through Krark-Clan Ironworks and Grinding Station, blinks with Displacer Kitten, and wins through Aetherflux Reservoir storm life, Psychomancer drain, or Grinding Station mill. Secondary engines Oswald Fiddlebender and Arcum Dagsson tutor artifacts on demand. The deck is a dense, low-curve (2.24 MV) combo machine that assembles its loops from the graveyard.
