Prismari, the Inspiration by jml202

Format: Commander

Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellstorm deck that wants to cast a long chain of cheap instants and sorceries and win with storm payoffs. Prismari, the Inspiration gives all your instants and sorceries storm, so a single Grapeshot, Brain Freeze, or Crackle with Power can end the table after 4-6 spells. Secondary damage comes from persistent magecraft engines like Guttersnipe, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, Electro, Assaulting Battery, and Ashling, Flame Dancer, plus Treasure generation from Storm-Kiln Artist and Brass's Bounty. Prismari costs seven mana, so the deck often storms without it using its natural storm cards and rituals, but the commander turns any cheap spell into a lethal finisher.
