Brokkos Mutate by Galeforce342

Format: Commander

Commander: Brokkos, Apex of Forever

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai mutate midrange list built around Brokkos, Apex of Forever. The plan is to land cheap, hard-to-kill hosts-Slippery Bogle, Venomthrope, Mysterious Egg-and repeatedly mutate onto them, stacking keywords and "whenever this mutates" triggers into one elusive attacker. Brokkos is a 6/6 trampler that can be recast from the graveyard for its mutate cost, so the command zone supplies a persistent body rather than a unique engine. The 99 is a full mutate suite (Gemrazer, Sea-Dasher Octopus, Auspicious Starrix, Otrimi, the Ever-Playful) plus targeting payoffs (Season of Growth, Vesuvan Duplimancy, Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief). Wins are combat-based: a hexproof, flying, deathtouch trampler chewing through life totals, with incremental drain from Insatiable Hemophage and explosive dumps from Auspicious Starrix. There are no infinite combos; the deck out-grinds through recursion and stacked triggers.
