Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed linear combo list powered by Codie, Vociferous Codex. By restricting all non-ramp cards with mana value under 1 to exactly Hypergenesis and Profane Tutor, any 1-mana instant cast with Codie's ability deterministically cascades into one of these two spells. On Turn 3, Codie casts Hypergenesis to cheat Ink-Treader Nephilim and Witherbloom Apprentice onto the battlefield. From there, 1-mana untap spells and cantrips targeting Ink-Treader Nephilim copy across every creature in play. This generates massive mana through Codie and dorks, draws through the library, and triggers Witherbloom Apprentice's Magecraft repeatedly to drain all three opponents to zero life in a single explosive turn. The deck is fast and highly redundant, though heavily reliant on untapping with Codie.
