Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger deck commanded by Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot. The primary game plan revolves around casting multicolored instant and sorcery spells from hand to bank them in exile with Lilah's plot ability. Once several powerful spells are stored, the deck executes a massive storm turn by casting the plotted spells for zero mana alongside spells from hand. This sequence triggers an array of pingers such as Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, and Electrostatic Field, while creating wide creature boards via Third Path Iconoclast, Saheeli, Jewel of Avishkar, and Elemental Eruption. The deck maintains steady card velocity with multicolored cantrips and protects its key plays using flexible counterspells like Counterflux and Ionize. While vulnerable to mass removal and lacking fast mana, it delivers substantial table-wide burn damage and compounding spell velocity in the mid game.
