Commander: Ezio Auditore da Firenze

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Assassin tribal strategy helmed by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, heavily focused on Dimir colors with splashes for key historic and combat synergies. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost, evasive Assassins to trigger Ezio's freerunning cost reduction, allowing the deck to flood the board with threats ahead of the curve. The deck aims to win by manipulating opponents' life totals down to 10 or less using cards like Tree of Perdition, Sorin Markov, and Unstoppable Slasher, setting them up for immediate execution via Ezio's WUBRG ability. Alternatively, the deck can steal a sudden victory using Ramses, Assassin Lord by eliminating a single player. Ezio is essential to the deck's pacing and serves as the primary finisher in the command zone.
