Deck overview

This colorless Commander deck is built around Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter, converting a traditional Big Mana Eldrazi strategy into an agile instant-speed engine. By granting flash to all artifact and colorless spells, the commander allows you to hold mana open on opposing turns before deploying devastating threats right before your untap step. The resource base accelerates quickly using staple rocks like Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Basalt Monolith, amplified by mana doublers such as Forsaken Monument and Karn, Legacy Reforged. The deck transitions into game-ending board states around Turn 5 by flashing in titans like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Void Winnower, and Blightsteel Colossus, or compounding cast triggers with Echoes of Eternity and Zhulodok, Void Gorger. A compact infinite mana combo with Basalt Monolith and Forsaken Monument provides an alternate burst path. While vulnerable to early nonbasic land hate and mass artifact exile, its cast triggers and instant timing provide resilient table pressure.
