Zurgo Stormrender leads an aggressive Mardu token-swarm and direct-burn deck designed to pressure all three opponents at once. The strategy combines attack-triggered token producers such as Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, and Hero of Bladehold with enter-the-battlefield damage sources including Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Warleader's Call. As tokens enter tapped and attacking, they deal noncombat burn to the table, apply heavy combat pressure, and feed Zurgo Stormrender for card draw when they die in combat or end-step life drain when sacrificed. Multipliers like Isshin, Two Heavens as One and Mondrak, Glory Dominus accelerate this clock into a Turn 5 onset and Turn 6 finish.
