Lightspeed v 1,5 by IsranImrador

Format: Commander

Commander: Silver Surfer, Cosmic Voyager

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The deck is built around Silver Surfer, Cosmic Voyager, using its flash and enter-the-battlefield blink to repeatedly reuse value creatures and artifacts, protect key pieces, and dodge removal. The primary plan is to ramped into the commander, then use extra-turn spells and copy effects (Temporal Mastery, Beacon of Tomorrows, Timestream Navigator, Meletis Charlatan) to take multiple combats and close out with a board of flyers. A subtheme is finding Galactus, Devourer of Worlds via Silver Surfer, Galactus's Herald as a massive finisher, and Sunder + Mystic Sanctuary provide a graveyard-recurring engine. The deck is a grindy, mid-speed attrition deck that wins by incremental value and tempo rather than a fast combo.
