Deck overview

This is a Rakdos forced-combat/goard deck helmed by Kardur, Doomscourge. The primary plan is to force opponents' creatures to attack each other - via Kardur's ETB, goad effects, and attack-forcing permanents - then drain life as those creatures die in combat. Kardur's second ability turns every attacking creature's death into 1 life lost by each opponent, and the deck layers this with drain engines like Spiteful Visions, Stormfist Crusader, and Kaervek the Merciless. Secondary wins come from Dictate of the Twin Gods doubling combat damage, Brash Taunter fights, and reanimating opponents' creatures with Sepulchral Primordial, Dredge the Mire, and Rakshasa Debaser. The deck is a slow, incremental value engine that wins through attrition rather than combo, with a heavy goad package (Fumiko the Lowblood, Agitator Ant, Geode Rager, Vengeful Ancestor, both Impetus auras) keeping the table fighting itself while Kardur drains.
