Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Voltron and burn strategy led by the partner pairing of Anara, Wolvid Familiar and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar. The core game plan resolves around buffing Anara into a massive threat using high-efficiency equipment and stat modifiers such as Raised by Giants, Excalibur, Sword of Eden, and Wrecking Ball Arm. When Anara deals combat damage to one opponent, Kediss triggers to deal an identical amount of damage to all other opponents, turning standard Voltron commander damage into table-wide lethal burn. The deck breaks parity on heavy damage-based sweepers like Blasphemous Act, Chain Reaction, and Star of Extinction because Anara grants commanders indestructible during your turn. This allows the deck to wipe opposing blockers cleanly while its commanders remain intact to attack empty boards. Redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and protective gear like Commander's Plate safeguard the commanders from exile and bounce effects.
