Deck overview

Cyan, Vengeful Samurai is a mono-white graveyard-matters commander-damage deck. It fills the graveyard with plainscyclers, Perpetual Timepiece, and surveil effects to discount Cyan from {6}{W} to as little as {W}. Once Cyan lands, the deck uses Lion Sash, Eternal Dragon, Timeless Dragon, and white reanimation to put +1/+1 counters on it, then makes it unblockable with Brotherhood Regalia, Key to the City, or Rogue's Passage and finishes with double-strike commander damage. A Karmic Guide/Reveillark/Ashnod's Altar loop can generate arbitrarily large Cyan as an alternate engine. There is no hidden commander; the commander is the true finisher, while the rest of the deck is designed to support or recur it.
