Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Token Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary plan leverages low-cost noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls to establish disposable fodder in the early turns. On Turn 4, the deck deploys Jace and uses his -3 loyalty ability to polymorph a token into one of nineteen massive, game-warping creatures including Toxrill, the Corrosive, Archon of Cruelty, and Razaketh, the Foulblooded. A high density of two-mana ramp artifacts ensures reliable mana velocity, while efficient removal spells like Swords to Plowshares and Despark handle opposing threats. The deck can close the game through combat damage from colossal beaters, mass polymorph swings, or an infinite hasty token combo between Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror. Strong redundant polymorph engines like Proteus Staff and Mass Polymorph keep the deck resilient even if the commander is disrupted.
