Ojer Axonil is a mono-red burn commander that turns every small noncombat damage event into a 4-damage hit. The primary plan is to land Ojer, deploy cheap pingers like Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, and Guttersnipe, then chain instants/sorceries and wheels so every spell pings each opponent for 4. Secondary paths use Solphim, Mayhem Dominus to double that damage, or Pyrohemia to clear the board while Ojer inflates its pings. The back face, Temple of Power, is mostly a resilience tool after Ojer dies, not the build-around. Solphim is the closest thing to a hidden commander, multiplying the payoff once Ojer is in play.
