Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos theft and Outlaw-synergy build commanded by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost Outlaw creatures (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks) early to scale Jasper's upkeep trigger. Each turn, Jasper exiles cards from opponents' libraries and allows you to cast them using mana of any color. Secondary theft and value engines like Prosper, Tome-Bound, Rakdos, the Muscle, Gonti, Night Minister, and Etali, Primal Storm convert stolen spells into mana advantages via Treasure tokens. The deck lacks fast mana, tutors, or infinite combos, relying instead on incremental board building, efficient spot removal, and fair combat damage bolstered by haste and stat buffs from cards like Hellspur Posse Boss and Great Train Heist. It grinds out victories over multiple turn cycles by burying opponents in card advantage and utilizing their own win conditions against them.
