Deck overview

This is a mono-red "cast from exile" (impulse) value deck helmed by Laelia, the Blade Reforged. The plan is to deploy a dense web of permanents that exile the top of the library and let you play those cards, growing Laelia with +1/+1 counters on every exile trigger while a suite of "paradox" payoffs burn opponents whenever you cast from anywhere other than your hand. Wins come from commander damage - Laelia has haste and can be made unblockable with Rogue's Passage or Prowler's Helm - backed by paradox burn from Flaming Tyrannosaurus, Keeper of Secrets, Memory Worm, and Nico Minoru, Runaway. Worldfire offers a reset finisher: exile everything, drop life totals to 1, then recast Laelia and swing for lethal. The deck overwhelms through sheer card volume and incremental reach rather than any fast combo.
