Deck overview

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice is a token-populate and lifegain deck that turns creature-token count into life, cards, and overwhelming attack size. The main plan is to land a multiplier (Doubling Season or Mondrak), create a high-toughness token, then repeatedly populate while Trostani converts each copy into life. Draw and growth come from life-gain triggers (The Gaffer, Exemplar of Light, Archangel of Thune, Crested Sunmare). Wins are combat-based: Ghalta and Mavren's attack-trigger token burst, a huge Finale of Devastation, or Halo Fountain's 15-tapped-creature activation. Aetherflux Reservoir and Phyrexian Processor offer alternative life-based routes. There is no hidden commander; Trostani's populate is the engine, while the deck can keep producing tokens without her through Growing Ranks, Rootborn Defenses, and Song of the Worldsoul.
