Deck overview

Mono-blue control-combo deck built around Blind Seer's ability to recolor spells and permanents. The primary kill is Painter's Servant + Grindstone, which makes every color-hate spell a universal answer and mills a library with one activation. Secondary paths are Talrand token beatdown and Stormtide Leviathan under stax pieces like Propaganda, Mana Maze, Llawan, and Crawlspace. Blind Seer is an enabler/toolbox commander-turning permanents red for Hydroblast/Flash Flood or blue for Riptide/Llawan-but no card in the 99 is a hidden commander. Color-text change effects and cheap cantrips support the plan, but the deck is ultimately tunneled on resolving Grindstone.
