Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Olivia, Mobilized for War leads a Rakdos discard-madness Vampire deck. The primary plan is to use repeatable looters and symmetrical discard effects to cast madness creatures at a discount, then turn them into a hasty, pushed Vampire army with Olivia's counter trigger and tribal lords. As the game continues, Archfiend of Ifnir, Waste Not, and Monument to Endurance convert every discarded card into removal, mana, or reach. Tinybones and Bloodhall Priest provide a secondary direct-damage path, while Phyrexian Reclamation and Tortured Existence make the board rebuildable. Anje Falkenrath acts as a hidden commander, untapping on madness and keeping the engine running. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through incremental tempo and combat.
