Commander: Cosmic Spider-Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cosmic Spider-Man is a five-color Spider-tribal combat deck. The primary plan is to ramp into Cosmic Spider-Man, then use his combat keyword anthem to turn a board of Spider tokens and legendary Spider Heroes into an unblockable, lifelinking swarm. Secondary paths include web-slinging discounts to cheat out large Spiders, token multiplication with Parallel Lives and Arachnogenesis, and a counter-doubling finish from Miles Morales // Ultimate Spider-Man. The commander is a force multiplier rather than a dedicated engine; the deck can still cast Spiders and attack without him, but his mass haste and evasion are what let the board close games. No true hidden commander exists, but Miles Morales // Ultimate Spider-Man is the closest thing to a build-around finisher.
