Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Rakdos Aristocrats strategy led by Juri, Master of the Revue. The plan revolves around generating creature tokens and disposable permanents through cards like Lagomos, Hand of Hatred, Siege-Gang Lieutenant, and Redcap Gutter-Dweller, then sacrificing them to trigger aristocrat payoffs. Every sacrifice places a +1/+1 counter on Juri, rapidly transforming the commander into a massive threat. The deck converts Juri's accumulated power into lethal damage using burst spells such as Fling and Thud, which deal double Juri's power by triggering both the spell and Juri's death ability. Dictate of Erebos and edict effects control opposing creature boards, while Toxic Deluge provides reset capability. The deck operates on a steady curve, assembling its core engine by Turn 4 and threatening table elimination between Turns 6 and 8. Its primary limitations are a complete absence of dedicated protection spells and vulnerability to noncreature permanents.
