Zurgo by mnio8210

Format: Commander

Commander: Zurgo Stormrender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zurgo Stormrender leads a Mardu token attack deck that turns every attacking token into card draw and drains life whenever tokens enter or die. The primary plan is to flood the board with hasty token attackers, fuel them with Zurgo's draw trigger, and finish through Warleader's Call, Impact Tremors, and Blood Artist-style drain. A secondary plan assembles a sacrifice loop with Warren Soultrader, Pitiless Plunderer, Stridehangar Automaton, and Viscera Seer to generate infinite death triggers. The deck also includes Zurgo, Thunder's Decree as a hidden commander, allowing Warrior tokens to survive their sacrifice clauses and making the wide board even harder to remove.
