Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf/Equipment "Storied" midrange deck helmed by Thorin Oakenshield. The entire early game is built around raising the Storied flag - controlling three artifacts, legendaries, and/or Sagas - which permanently grants every artifact and creature the deck controls ward {1}. From there, the deck drowns the table in cheap legends, Dwarves, and equipment, drawing through Kili the Resourceful, Oin the Brave, and Weapons Vendor while Cosmic Cube converts combat into free spells. Wins are combat-oriented: suited-up trampling attackers, Cloud, Planet's Champion as the all-star equipped double-striker, Genji Glove and Seize the Day extra-combat chains, Sword of Feast and Famine untaps fueling that same turn, and Aettir and Priwen converting a 40-life total into a one-shot X/X. It is a mid-speed value-aggression deck that protects its board with ward, taxes attacks, and closes through repeated combats rather than infinite loops.
