Deck overview

The deck's central plan is to use Norman Osborn // Green Goblin as an unblockable discard outlet and then transform it into a graveyard-casting engine. Connive, rummage spells, and discard payoffs fill the graveyard while cards such as Green Goblin, Nemesis, Hobgoblin, Mantled Marauder, and Archfiend of Ifnir convert those discards into pressure. The plan has real synergy, but its operating checkpoint usually arrives around Turn 6: the commander must be cast, a card must be discarded, four colored mana must be available for transformation, and a mayhem card must still be payable. The deck has useful creature removal, artifact removal, and a few counterspells, but little protection and no reliable tutor package. Its creatures can eventually create a threatening board, yet the deck lacks a compact way to deal 120 damage or establish a total lock. It is best understood as a slower, interactive graveyard midrange deck rather than a combo or competitive Commander deck.
