Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Zombie Aristocrats and ETB-combo deck commanded by Yarok, the Desecrated. It merges a resilient Zombie tribal sacrifice engine with Yarok's triggered ability doubling to generate overwhelming card draw, ramp, and board control. Early turns focus on establishing mana velocity through low-cost dorks and rocks, developing recursive pieces such as Gravecrawler, and deploying engine permanents like Undead Augur and Ayara, First of Locthwain. Once Yarok, the Desecrated enters, ETB triggers on value creatures like Mulldrifter, Wood Elves, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel create massive resource swings. The primary win condition executes an infinite loop utilizing Rooftop Storm, Gravecrawler, and a sacrifice outlet such as Altar of Dementia or Carrion Feeder paired with drain effects like Diregraf Captain or Plague Belcher. Supported by countermagic, Destiny Spinner, and Heroic Intervention, the deck maintains robust protection and recovers swiftly via Muldrotha, the Gravetide.
