Commander: The Mimeoplasm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck is a Sultai self-mill and reanimator strategy built around The Mimeoplasm. The primary plan is to stock the graveyard with Lord of Extinction, Yargle and Multani, and then cast The Mimeoplasm as a copy of Lord with 18 additional +1/+1 counters, making a single enormous creature. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord acts as a hidden commander: sacrificing that creature drains each opponent for its full power, which is the cleanest way to eliminate the table at once. Secondary lines use Reanimate, Animate Dead, or Victimize to cheat out big bodies, and self-mill creatures such as Nyx Weaver and Crawling Sensation to keep the graveyard full. Interaction and tutors round out the plan.
