Fast Korvold by Jon6

Format: Commander

Commander: Korvold, Fae-Cursed King

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Jund turbo-combo build that leverages Korvold, Fae-Cursed King primarily as a draw engine and sacrifice outlet when games extend. The main objective is racing to an early combo victory using high-density fast mana and premier tutors. The primary win condition is Underworld Breach looped with Grinding Station and zero-mana artifacts like Lion's Eye Diamond to mill the library and finish with Mayhem Devil damage. Alternatively, the deck executes a compact two-card combo by casting Witherbloom Apprentice followed by Chain of Smog targeting oneself repeatedly to drain the table. Main phase Ad Nauseam and Bolas's Citadel provide devastating burst card advantage to assemble these kills instantly.
