Commander: Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet "ping-matters" deck built around Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, whose triggered ability turns every source that deals exactly 1 damage into a 3-damage shot at that permanent or player. The strategy uses cheap pinger creatures, recurring enchantments, and storm/ copy loops to amass a critical mass of 1damage triggers, which Ghyrson then amplifies into an outrageously efficient removal and burn engine that can chip away at three opponents simultaneously. Primary win paths include a storm-fueled Grapeshot or evened-out tokens from Empty the Warrens with repeated Giard triggers; a secondary avenue is a huge Pyrohemia activations or raw damage from Inpact Tremors/Goblin Bombardment loops. With no dedicated commander tutors, the deck relies mores on drawing into its key pinging pieces and copy spells to fuel a single volley that kills the whole table.
