Return of the bears by Imrik

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green Bear tribal deck built around Beorn the Fierce. Beorn acts as both an anthem and a repeatable draw engine: at the start of combat he can make a creature into a Bear, hand out a trample counter, and draw two cards once three Bears are on the board. The list runs a dense package of cheap Bears and changelings, with Ayula, Queen Among Bears and Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma as powerful secondary legends. There is no true hidden commander, though Ayula drives much of the tribal value. The plan is straightforward: ramp to Beorn, chain Bears and draw spells, then finish with Overrun/Preposterous Proportions-style mass pumps.
