Deck overview

This deck is a non-Green (WUBR) polymorph control strategy built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary plan leverages low-cost token generators like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls to provide expendable fodder. On turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and cheat one of 18 massive threats directly onto the board. Payoffs such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and Avacyn, Angel of Horror quickly dominate the game through asymmetric attrition and combat. Backing this engine is an efficient suite of 1-to-2 CMC mana rocks, premium spot removal, and asymmetric sweepers. While the deck lacks stack-based counterspells and fast combo finishes, its high redundancy and overwhelming late-game creature quality steadily overwhelm traditional multiplayer pods.
