Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Gruul Stompy strategy that utilizes Ruby, Daring Tracker as a guaranteed two-mana ramp dork in the command zone. By consistently deploying Ruby on Turn 2, the deck accelerates directly into four-mana enablers on Turn 3, including Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Kona, Rescue Beastie, and Oviya, Automech Artisan. This setup rapidly unlocks devastating high-cost threats by Turn 4, deploying powerhouses like Etali, Primal Conqueror, Terror of the Peaks, Railway Brawler, and Xenagos, God of Revels. The deck translates sheer creature size into overwhelming card flow via Rishkar's Expertise, Greater Good, and Garruk's Uprising, refueling its hand while maintaining intense board pressure. Opponents face severe combat damage starting on Turn 4, closing the game on Turn 6 with trampling beatdown or massive Finale of Devastation overruns. Robust defensive spells like Heroic Intervention and Veil of Summer safeguard key creatures from interaction, ensuring lethal combat connects.
