Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Mardu Vampire tribal and aristocrats strategy commanded by Edgar Markov. It leverages Edgar's Eminence ability to generate free 1/1 Vampire tokens from the command zone whenever you cast a Vampire spell. The deck uses these tokens to establish early board dominance, trigger aristocrat drain effects, and power sacrifice engines. Anthems and counters from lords like Cordial Vampire and Legion Lieutenant turn small boards into lethal attack forces by Turn 4 or 5. If combat stalls, the deck can pivot into sustained sacrifice attrition with Grave Pact and Vein Ripper, mass reanimation with Patriarch's Bidding, or assemble an instant-win infinite life-drain combo using Bloodthirsty Conqueror alongside Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Sanguine Bond.
