Deck overview

This is an ultra-streamlined Sultai cEDH deck helmed by Glarb, Calamity's Augur. While Glarb provides a minor top-deck-advantage and a mana outlet for Surveil, the deck is functionally a "goodstuff pile" that requires the commander for nothing more than its color identity. The primary win condition is the classic Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact + Thasa's Oracle loop: empty the library, then win on the trigger. Additional lines include Doomsday piles and, situationally, Yawgmoth's Will for a massive resource rebound. The deck packs an exceptionally dense suite of 0-2 mana tutors, rapid rituals (Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual), and a near-complete assortment of free spells (Force of Will, Force of Negation, Pact of Negation, Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick). It leans on oppressive engine pieces like Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study to keep the hand full while interacting efficiently with nearly any permanent type and at any speed. The plan is brutally deterministic: assemble the Oracle line before opponents can stabilize, backed by a counterspell wall that fends off disruption.
