Mazo 03 - Sacrificios A Un Dios Inclemente by Clover01

Format: Commander

Commander: Kodama of the East Tree and Ravos, Soultender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Abzan (White/Black/Green) aristocrats deck built around the partner pairing of Kodama of the East Tree and Ravos, Soultender. The core strategy is to generate a critical mass of creature tokens and sacrifice outlets, convert those deaths into drains, card draw, and ramp, and then ride value engines to victory. Kodama of the East Tree acts as a powerful repeatable engine - every token created, every sacrifice-to-reanimation loop, and every landfall trigger can chain additional permanents from hand onto the battlefield, while Ravos, Soultender provides a slow but persistent recursion engine and a minor anthem for the token army. The deck wins primarily through attrition - blood artist-style triggers from Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Mirkwood Bats, and Corpse Knight chipping the table down - backed by beatdown from a growing board of tokens, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, or a huge Hangarback Walker. Secondary paths include Bolas's Citadel generating overwhelming card advantage, and Kodama of the East Tree chaining permanents into an unstoppable board state.
