Trauma Response by CatBug571

Format: Commander

Commander: Shattergang Brothers

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Shattergang Brothers leads a Jund sacrifice-value deck that turns token creatures and death triggers into attrition and an eventual combo. The primary plan is to establish goblin and Pest token production, use Shattergang's three sacrifice modes plus Grave Pact/Dictate of Erebos to strip away opposing permanents, and then finish by looping Krenko, Mob Boss with Thornbite Staff and an altar, or by one-shotting the table with a huge Thromok followed by Chandra's Ignition. Krenko is effectively the hidden commander, and the deck can also win incrementally through Impact Tremors. The commander is a flexible removal engine, but the deck's actual win lines do not depend on him.
