Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck leverages Lulu, Stern Guardian to execute an inevitable poison-proliferation game plan while keeping opposing aggression suppressed. The deck's strategy begins with early mana acceleration and seeding poison counters onto all three opponents through unblockable infect creatures like Blighted Agent or spells like Prologue to Phyresis. Once poison is seeded, the deck pivots into an active proliferation engine using Lulu's activated ability, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and noncreature proliferate triggers to advance poison counters without entering combat. Defensively, Lulu punishes attackers with stun counters, reinforced by Propaganda, Lost in the Maze, and Fear of Sleep Paralysis to lock down opposing boards permanently.
