Deck overview

Ragost, Deft Gastronaut leads a Boros artifact-focused deck that turns every artifact into a Food with a built-in sacrifice-for-life ability. The primary plan is to generate a wide artifact board, sacrifice those artifacts for life, then either close games with Aetherflux Reservoir (spending 50 life for a kill) or out-value opponents through repeated pings from Ragost's activation (3 damage to each opponent per sacrifice). Secondary combat finishes come from equipment-laden beaters such as Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender or Chandra's Incinerator. The deck relies heavily on token production (Academy Manufactor, Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, Skrelv's Hive) and a modest tutor suite (Enlightened Tutor, Gamble, Oswald Fiddlebender) to find key pieces. Its glass-cannon artifact density makes it vulnerable to mass artifact hate, but the life-gain cushion offers some resilience. ---
